S.T.A.R. Summit 2026

Cold Lake is preparing to host S.T.A.R. 2026 — the Summit for Technology, Aerospace & Research — from July 15–17, 2026, bringing together leaders and innovators from across the aerospace, defence, and technology sectors. The event will focus on advancing unmanned systems, aerospace innovation, defence readiness, and investment opportunities in one of Canada’s most strategic aerospace regions.

One of the featured discussions at the summit will be the Aerospace & Defence Panel: Strategy, Innovation & Readiness, moderated by Denean Tomlin of SkyAlyne, alongside industry leaders Tony White, Kirk Soroka, and Sean Greenwood. The panel will explore the future of aerospace and defence innovation, procurement readiness, and emerging technologies shaping the sector.

Hosted in Cold Lake, Alberta, S.T.A.R. 2026 continues to position the region as a growing hub for aerospace advancement, collaboration, and future-focused economic development. The summit will also lead into the highly anticipated Cold Lake Air Show taking place July 18–19, 2026
