White Tree Retreats Workshop – Make a Cauldron Mug

White Trees Retreats is getting in the halloween spirt one last time with our Cauldron Mug Workshop. Come out for an evening of tasty charcuterie and spooky inspired Pottery. Beginners and groups welcome. Be sure to wear clothes and a pair of indoor shoes you don't mind getting dirty. It's a good idea to tie long hair back. We have aprons on site as well. You will get a introduction to Pottery with a demonstration while you enjoy grazing on a Charcuterie Board. Then we will go step by step together to create a handbuilt project together. You will get to choose to the glaze colour you want us to finish your piece with and your finished product will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Clay, use of tools and after care are included (Firing and Glazing). Bring your creativity and enjoy some time getting lost in creation. Cancellation Policy If you have registered for a class or workshop at White Trees Retreats and are unable to attend, notice in writing via email to whitetreesretreats@gmail.com is required 5 days in advance of the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 days or less will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee. After the class or workshop has started, White Trees Retreats is unable to refund or make up classes. Courses are run on a narrow cost recovery basis and are subject to a minimum of 5 participants to run. If White Trees Retreats cancels a course due to low enrollment, notice will be given at least 5 days in advance and a full refund will be issued.

Join us for the Kitchen Party at Métis Crossing during the Smoky Lake Pumpkin Fair! Enjoy delicious food and drinks for purchase. The Ashmont Legion is pleased to present the "Ham & Turkey Bingo" on Sunday, October 6 at 11:30am. Come on out for a delicious meal and 4 cash bingos, 50/50 cash games, and 4 meat draws. Children are welcome to play! Concession is also available.
