Ashmont Heritage Days
Ashmont Heritage Days Returns on August 8 The Ashmont and District Agricultural Society is inviting residents and visitors to celebrate community, tradition, and summer fun at Ashmont Heritage Days on Saturday, August 8, 2026. The day is packed with activities for all ages, beginning with a pancake breakfast at the Fire Hall before a full schedule of family-friendly events throughout the community. Visitors can enjoy the parade, explore the farmer’s market, cheer on competitors in the slo-pitch tournament and tractor pulls, or take part in unique traditions such as the rhubarb pie contest and frying pan toss. Families will also find plenty to keep children entertained with games, face painting, and a bouncy house, while adults can relax in the beer gardens or try their luck in the 50/50 raffle. Concession food and a hamburger fry will be available during the day, with the festivities wrapping up with a steak supper in the evening. Ashmont Heritage Days is an opportunity to come together, celebrate local heritage, and enjoy a full day of community spirit. Whether attending for the parade, competitions, great food, or family activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
