Measuring Course

The Spedden Fish and Game Association, in collaboration with the Beaver River Fish and Game Association and the St. Paul Fish and Game Association, is hosting a Measuring Course on October 3–4, 2026. This training and certification course prepares participants to become official measurers and/or witnesses for entering big game species into the Alberta Wildlife Awards. The course will be held at the Beaver River Fish and Game Clubhouse in Bonnyville and is open to Alberta Wildlife Federation (AWF) members and affiliated club members only. Registration is $200 per participant, and spaces are limited. Interested participants are encouraged to contact their local Fish and Game club to register and secure a spot.
