Lakeland Cross-Country Ski Club – Nordic Walk-Jog-Run

Come Nordic walk, jog or run the Westcove trails with us on October 12th, 19th, and 26th @ 1pm. Discover the new trails that have been added to the trail network before you can ski them!

Bring your walking or ski poles if you have.

Lori Sachko, Group Conditioning Instructor through Fitness Alberta and member of the LCCAC will be available to guide Nordic walkers. (Other members will also be available to act as guides).
