Cold Lake Nocturnal Animals & Owl Pellet Dissection

Learn about the creatures of the night in this presentation about nocturnal animals. Discover how bats use echolocation to navigate,  to learn what makes cat eyes so unique, and figure out how owls can hunt in the dark. After the presentation, participants can dissect an owl pellet, and identify which rodents the barn owls caught! Participants can take home their findings, encapsulated in a petri dish.
