Hendrik Vrey – African Artist

African artist, Hendrik Vrey, will return to the Visual Arts Centre to show and sell his unique works of art, which capture the beauty of Africa, its landscapes and wildlife. Thrgh the technique of pirography, Hendrik uses soldering irons as his paintbrushes to create intricate works of art on leather. Hendrik has been creaing his works for more than 30 years. He is well known in Sothern Africa and has held exhibits in Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, the U.S. and Canada. It is remarkable to see this artist at work! He will demonstrate his techniques, so please stop by to see a master at work.
