FAMILY LAUGHTER

Dates are: Oct, 8, 22; Nov 12, 26 FREE DROP IN This event is Laughter exercises with breathing and relaxation. Extended laughter is considered an aerobic exercise. This is open for everyone 8 yrs +. There are many health benefits: Laughing lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormone levels, fun ab work out, improves cardiac health, Boosts T-cells (specialized immune system cells), triggers release of endorphins, helps the body in self-healing, produces a general sense of well-being. Since this is an aerobicexerciseplease consider any health issues you may have and consult your physician. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you have children younger than 8, we encourage you to share what you have learned with them in a mild fashion as younger children can have feelings of distress with prolonged laughter.
