Cold Lake Gymkhana Winter Series
The Cold Lake Agricultural Society is welcoming riders and spectators back for the Cold Lake Gymkhana Winter Series, a popular seasonal event that brings together the local equestrian community for a series of exciting competitions.
The series will run across five dates: October 26, 2025; November 2, 2025; December 7, 2025; February 8, 2026; and March 22, 2026, at the Cold Lake Agriplex. Riders must attend at least three events to qualify for the Championship Round.
The gymkhana offers divisions for a variety of ages and skill levels, making it a welcoming event for both young riders and experienced competitors. Divisions include Leadline (no charge), Miles & Under, Pee-Wee (ages 9–11), Junior (ages 12–15), and Adult/Novice, with member and non-member entry fees varying by division. A jackpot will be available in each division, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition. All payments must be made onsite on the day of the event.
Known for its fast-paced, skill-based events, gymkhana competitions highlight the partnership between horse and rider while creating a lively atmosphere for families and spectators.
