We all feel sad or “blue” when bad things happen or sometimes for no reason at all. But when the feelings get in the way of day-to-day living for two weeks or longer, you may have depression. The good news is depression can be managed/treated. In this session we will learn what depression is; the signs & symptoms; the risk factors and what helps to prevent/manage depression.
