The City of Cold Lake is inviting residents and visitors to Kinosoo Beach on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for a full day of free family fun, entertainment, and patriotic celebrations.\nThe festivities kick off with the Canada Day Parade at 10:00 AM, followed by opening ceremonies featuring dignitaries, the national anthem, and a CF-18 flypast. Throughout the day, families can enjoy the festival grounds with bounce houses, face painting, sparkle tattoos, balloon twisting, vendor alley, and family entertainment.\nThe entertainment lineup includes:\n• 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM: Dallas Arcand Hoop Dancing Show\n• 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Hula Hoop Circus\n• 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM: Mighty Quinn\n• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Les Bûcherons / The Lumberjacks\n• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Renée Malo\n• 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: The Northern Pikes\n• 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM: RATTPAK\nThe beer gardens will be open from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and the evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display at 11:00 PM over Kinosoo Beach.\nPack your lawn chairs, bring the whole family, and spend Canada Day enjoying great entertainment, community spirit, and beautiful views along the shores of Cold Lake.
