DESCRIPTION:Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park is kicking off the season with a full day of family-friendly programming on May 30.\nVisitors can learn about the diverse bird species that call the park home during Birds of SWC & Art in the Park from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, while also creating a keepsake inspired by their visit. Later in the day, Bear Essentials runs from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, offering practical tips on bear awareness, safety, and responsible recreation in Alberta Parks.\nAll programs are drop-in, open to visitors of all ages, and take place at the Amphitheatre (Campground, Loop C). Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.\nA great opportunity to connect with nature, learn something new, and enjoy a day at one of Alberta’s most scenic provincial parks.\n
